Data controller. Paseo Tours, a French-speaking excursion agency based in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo, Mexico. Contact: info@paseotours.com.
What we collect. Only what you send us through our forms: name, email address, WhatsApp number, hotel or accommodation, travel and excursion dates, number of participants and the message you write.
Why. To answer your enquiry, prepare your excursion and get back to you about it. Nothing else: we send no newsletter and do no marketing outreach.
Legal basis. Your consent, and the steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
Who has access. Paseo Tours only, together with our host o2switch, which stores the data in France. Your information is never sold, rented or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.
Transfer outside the European Union. Our team is based in Mexico, so your enquiries are read there. They remain hosted in France.
How long we keep it. Three years from our last exchange, then deletion.
Your rights. At any time you may request access to your data, its correction, its deletion, a restriction of its processing or its portability, and you may object to its processing. One address: info@paseotours.com. If you live in the European Union and our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, www.cnil.fr.
4. Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and no analytics cookies. We do not track your browsing and we sell no visit data.
The only cookies used are the ones the site needs to work: remembering the language you chose, delivering the forms correctly, and recording your consent choice so the banner does not reappear on every page.
The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept, decline or customise. You can change that choice at any time from the same banner, where the detail of each cookie can be viewed.
5. Booking conditions
A deposit of €10 per person is required from 3 people to confirm a booking (refundable up to 48 h before departure). The balance is paid on the day, in euros, pesos or dollars. Free cancellation up to 48 h before departure. If the weather makes the outing impossible, the excursion is postponed or refunded in full.
6. Intellectual property
Text and photographs are the property of Paseo Tours or their respective authors. Any reproduction without permission is prohibited.
