Isla Mujeres, the island of the goddess
The conquistadors named it “island of women” when they found the statuettes of Ixchel, the Maya moon goddess, guarding its temples. Eight kilometres long, from the cliffs of Punta Sur, the easternmost point of Mexico and the first to catch the sun, to Playa Norte, regularly ranked among the most beautiful beaches in the world.

We drive to the port of Punta Sam, in Cancún.

A crossing of about thirty minutes to Isla Mujeres.

A protected marine park where few boats are allowed to go, probably the finest spot on the island. Plenty of tropical fish, sometimes barracuda, and very few people.

Ranked among the most beautiful beaches in Mexico, a natural swimming pool lined with white sand. We arrive before the crowds.
- MiddayLunch on the boat
Ceviche and guacamole, with your feet in the water. Lunch is included.
- AfternoonAround the island by golf cart
Two hours in a four-seater golf cart to discover the island with your guide. The south and its turquoise water, the cemetery with its colourful graves, the church by the sea, then the town centre. A driving licence is required to take the wheel.

Yes, one valid licence per golf cart, so remember to bring it.
No: a boat crossing from Punta Sam, snorkelling at El Faro, then the island by golf cart at your own pace, rather than a whole day on a boat.
You write to us (form, email or WhatsApp) with your dates, your hotel and how many of you there are; we confirm quickly. A deposit of €10 per person from 3 people (refundable up to 48 h before), the balance on the day in euros, pesos or dollars.
Straight from your hotel or accommodation in Playa del Carmen, Tulum or Puerto Morelos. In Cancún, pick-up is available for Isla Mujeres and Isla Contoy (and for groups, on request). The exact time is confirmed the day before on WhatsApp.
